Manual mode allows long shutter speeds up to 15 seconds, max ISO is 200, not too bad but nothing stellar. For easy IR shots, choose "night scene", this allows longer shutter speeds and forces ISO 200. Following is an example. | |

The Pentax Optio 330 does not store ISO data in the EXIF information the way other cameras do. Strange. So most EXIF readers cannot read the EXIF data of the older Pentax Optio cameras. Probably because the info is hidden in the makernotes. I found only one reader that can read the "sensitivity": www.takenet.or.jp/~ryuuji/minisoft/exifread/english/ [At the same time I found it, a nice fellow in the dpreview forums told me the same link. =) ] It is surely useful if you have a Pentax Optio, but it can handle other cameras just as well. |
